Customize Receipt Email

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Notifications
  3. Click "Order Confirmation"

This is the email that will be sent to the customer after purchase- this will act as their "receipt"

Email Subject

Edit the email subject in the "Email subject" field

Email Content

Note: Before editing the Email body, copy and paste the code to a Sublime text file (in case you need to revert). There is also a "Reset to default" option below the editor. 

Two things will need to be edited:

  1. Confirmation message
  2. Contact Email 


CONFIRMATION MESSAGE

Edit the yellow sections. Remove the red sections.

CONTACT EMAIL

Enter in the shop/help email in the highlighted sections

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Notifications
  3. Click the "Customize" button (in the customer's notification section)
  4. Upload a logo 
  5. Update the Accent Color 
  6. Save

Preview

You can preview the email at any time by using the "Preview" button at the top of the page. Please keep in mind, the preview will include all scenarios (example, will contain shipping information).
